2 Tablespoons ground flax seed
2 fresh peached, peeled and pitted
2 cups almond milk
1 cup fresh or frozen berries
4 drops sugar substitute
Directions:
Puree all the ingredients in a blender on high speed until smooth.

1 medium lemon
1 medium lime
1 bottle dry white wine
2 Tablespoons brandy
½ cup sugar
½ cup water
2 cups seltzer water
8 ice cubes
Directions:
Slice the lemon and lime into ¼ inch pieces.

Add the slices of the lemon and lime to the water and sugar mixture.
Continue stirring on low and bring to boil.
Remove from heat after the sugar is completely dissolved.
