Make Sure What You Ship Is Safe

As a business owner you pay your employees to do a job with a level of attention to detail. You also want them to be efficient without sacrificing the quality of the product. The last thing you want is for all that work to be for nothing because the parts you ship are damaged and unusable to the plant you are shipping them to.

A Machine to Protect What You Make

An auto packaging machine is the only way to eliminate human error during the shipping process. The machine will secure the parts to the pallet so they won’t shift, bend, warp or scratch. Auto parts are machined to exacting specifications so any damage that may occur can cause them to be completely unusable. Should this occur on a regular basis it can cause the parts supplier to lose the contract to create the parts. In the most extreme of cases their reputation becomes bad in the industry and no one will do business with them. The business is left with no other option but to close.

How It Works

The forklift operator picks up the pallet of newly created parts from the employee. They then position the pallet inside of the wrapping machine. They secure one piece of shrink wrap to the pallet and run the machine via a remote. The shrink wrap will then be cycled around the pallet with the parts until it is then stopped by the forklift operator. They cut the shrink wrap and secure the loose end to the pallet. All that is left is to then take the wrapped pallet to the delivery truck to await shipment.

The Machine That Builds Reputation

When you are able to meet your receivers’ deadlines constantly with no damage to the products it only means they will be happy to continue to do business with you in the future. This will be especially true if you manage to get the parts to them ahead of the deadline. All of these things are possible with the TAB Wrapper Tornado that TAB Industries has developed.
